Scott M. Hoster

Scott is a resident of Mokena. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bob Jones University in 1982 and his law degree from DePaul University in 1985. Scott is a member of the Chicago, Will County, Illinois State Bar Associations and the Appellate Lawyers Association. A former Assistant State Attorney of Will County, his primary area of practice is Commercial Litigation. smh@dhj-law.com


Edward J. Jarot, Jr.

Edward is a resident of Plainfield. Ed attended Indiana State University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1993. Ed received his law degree in 1996 from Loyola University and his Master of Laws in Taxation, with Honors, from John Marshall Law School in 2001. Ed is a member of the Chicago, Will County, Illinois State and American Bar Associations. Ed serves on the Board of Directors of the Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and the Rialto Square Theater Foundation, among other involvement in the community. Ed's professional involvement includes the Estate Planning Council of Joliet, the Trusts & Estates Section Council of the Illinois State Bar Association, and former membership of the Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Ed is licensed to practice in Illinois, and is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. His primary areas of practice include Estate Planning and Administration, Business and Business Succession Planning and Wealth Preservation/ Asset Protection, and he is a frequent speaker on these topics with the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, and the National Business Institute. edj@dhj-law.com
